The update is available online and requires a valid metallic MADRIX KEY. If you are still using an older green MADRIX KEY, it must be exchanged. This means purchasing a new metallic MADRIX KEY before you can update.
MADRIX 5 Software Updates are free of charge if your original software purchase was made on or after April 1, 2017. Activation is completed online with a digital ticket number, which we will provide to you as a PDF by email.
